Stuttgart. Based on the preliminary results for the 2025 financial year published today, eligible Mercedes-Benz
employees are expected to receive a profit-sharing bonus of up to 3,139 euros. In doing so, the company is
sharing the jointly achieved results of the previous financial year with its employees. The final amount of the
profit-sharing bonus is subject to the determination of the definitive results for the past financial year in
March.
Around 85,000 eligible employees covered by collective agreements in Germany will receive the profit-sharing
bonus with their April pay. The profit-sharing bonus is a voluntary benefit offered by the company.
Mercedes-Benz is thus acknowledging the great commitment and strong performance drive of its employees
in an ongoing challenging economic environment.
On the occasion of its 140th anniversary, Mercedes-Benz is also giving all employees in Germany a Mercedes-
Benz anniversary share. In this way, the company allows its employees to participate directly in the company's
success, future dividends and value increases.
“In a continuing challenging global environment, our employees once again showed great commitment. I’d
like to thank our entire team for their proven passion, pioneering power and unwavering will to succeed.
This winning attitude has defined us for 140 years – and it’s what drives us as we shape the future of
Mercedes-Benz: determined, united and moving forward at full speed.”

“Behind the results of the 2025 financial year is the performance of thousands of employees. Day after day,

anniversary share are an important sign of recognition and participation - especially in a challenging
environment. It shows: Performance, reliability and appreciation belong together. This is a central basis for
tackling the upcoming tasks together and successfully.”
